If you’re within the money-back trial period, simply return your dongle and we’ll refund you everything you’ve paid. Otherwise, just let us know and we’ll stop taking payments, no questions asked (although it would be great if you tell us why so we can try to address the issue if we can).
Our initial one hour complimentary online training session will get you creating drawings of your own. And our 1 day training courses will show you how to get the most out of our software. Training is chargeable at a nominal fee, and could be one of the best investments you’ll ever make.
No, they are included as part of your subscription. We will notify you by email when updates become available.
Our software needs a USB dongle to operate. Wherever the dongle is plugged in you can use the software. If you need to use two computers at the same time, you need two dongles, and so on.
Simply re-install the software (we can help), and plug your dongle in.
Just give us a call and we’ll send you a new one (we charge a nominal one-off fee for this)
Give us a call and we’ll blacklist the old dongle so it can’t be used any more and send you a new one (see above).

It can design almost any style of conservatory or solid roof extension, including drop ridges. We don’t currently support sloping ridges or ring beams, or lanterns which don’t follow the external roof line. Multiple roofs aren’t currently supported in one drawing.
