A great new feature has been added to the knowledgebase area of the RoofWright website.  Business Development Executive Marcel Brown explained “feedback from our customers has told us that they would like more video tutorials in the support area of our website; things they can easily refer back to whenever they have a question or need some help whilst designing roofs for their customers”.

“We are therefore delighted to be able to launch an enhanced version of our ‘Knowledgebase’ resource where individual videos and tutorials will appear.  The launch of the new area includes support topics following the launch of RoofWright 10.7 before Christmas, and includes excerpts from the launch webinar detailing the new flat roof and lantern functionality, the 3D viewer, enhanced visuals, and flush casements”.

“As we bring out new products, and indeed look back at some of our existing products, we will add new features in this area.  As always, we would be delighted to hear from our customers if there is anything in particular they would like to see add to knowledgebase.
