Those were the stats given to us when we caught up recently with Sue Williams from Leonard Swan and Sons in Northern Ireland who have been using our system for over 10 years.
We phoned Sue as a part of an ongoing process of checking in with our customers to see how they are doing, and to find out how we are doing from their point of view. We couldn’t have been more pleased with Sue’s response, especially with her views on the customer service levels we provide, a key component of our mission statement –

“The software system itself is outstanding and the 3D drawings and the opportunity to design the building onto the back of their homes by uploading a photo helps to bring customer’s dreams to life right in front of their eyes. When we go down this route our conversion rate is three out of four. In our opinion the system is second to none, and so is the team”.
